5. Payment Terms
All prices are in USD. Payments are processed through Razorpay. By submitting payment, you authorize charging your payment method.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Once Form 2290 is transmitted to the IRS, fees are non-refundable. Refund requests within 24 hours of payment may be approved if the form has not been transmitted.

- Service not substantially provided
7. Limitation of Liability
Materials are provided "as is." We make no warranties and disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OnlineForm2290.com from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
9. Payment Processing and Security
All payments are handled securely through Razorpay in compliance with PCI DSS Level 1. Your payment information is not stored on our servers.
